About

The Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) is the leading national charity championing children with heart conditions. CHF is dedicated in empowering these children, their families, and carers.

We work collaboratively with individuals and organizations to inform, inspire and improve the lives of children with congenital and acquired heart disease  CHF was registered with the Charity Commission in 1988 and is administered and managed by a board of trustees. 

 

“1 in 100 babies in the UK are born with a heart condition, between 500 - 1000 develop heart conditions after they are born. CHF is the leading UK children’s heart charity - supporting these children and their families.”
